Warranty Information

JH Appliance provides a fast and professional “after-sale” service team throughout New Zealand. Standing by the quality of JH products, we (Midea) offer an industry standard warranties, up to 5 years on selected products.

Any service under warranty must be authorised by JH Appliance in advance and be provided by an authorised JH Appliance service agent. All JH Appliance’s goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (‘the ACT”). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits conferred under this Midea Appliances warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the ACT (see also 8. below). To make a claim under warranty, please contact JH Appliance customer service via phone on (09) 930 0902 via email at service@jhappliance.co.nz.

We take serious for every single service jobs under warranty, when you make a claim please have ready the following documents:

  • Proof of purchase, please attached the receipt/invoice you obtained from the retail store.
  • Serial number, a unique, identifying number or group of numbers and letters assigned to an individual appliance.
  • Your contact details including name, address, email, model number and faulty reason, so that we can place your warranty service quickly and efficiently.
  • Completed Service Request Form please send to service@jhappliance.co.nz
