Store Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

1. Maintain the operating budget through revenue generation and managing
2. Consistent implementation of operating standards, including product flow planning and completion, execution of markdowns, seasonal promotions and initiatives and merchandise presentation
3. Providing relevant market information to our Head Office
4. Consistent leadership to your staff
5. Recruit and hire top talent, provide ongoing coaching and counselling, implement development strategies, create succession plans, and effectively manage performance and corrective action processes
6. Create a cleaning, fun, energetic environment for our customer
7. Knowledge of and contribution to monthly sales and KPI targets
8. Available work on weekend
9. Manage stock control, merchandising and stocktaking
10. Develop staff to provide a high level of customer service
11. Roster management
12. Recruitment of new team members, including training staff

Key Requirements:
1. Experience in a retail management environment, in Appliance/Electrical Store is advantage but not necessary.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills
3. Reliable and hardworking, willing to go the extra mile to achieve results
4. Initiative to problem solve
5. Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
6. Strong selling techniques and experience delivering high-level customer service
7. Able to perform all store manager functions, including standing for extended periods, speaking clearly with employees and customers, climbing ladders to change displays, stocking and retrieving merchandise, unloading shipments and performing sale setups
8. Experienced in leading, training and motivating a team staff in a busy, high volume retail environment, and drive your team to meet sales targets and KPI’s.

Sales Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

1. Manage and develop business opportunities with existing key customers and prospective customers
2. Develop account plans that optimize trade spend and grow sales with nominated accounts
3. Provide customer service to assigned customer accounts; understanding business requirements
4. Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation.

Key Requirements:
1. You're a highly experienced and driven Sales Manager, motivated by achieving sales targets within a highly collaborative team environment. You will have significant experience in business development and solution selling in a related field. You will have demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a high performing sales team.
2. An ability to build relations quickly
3. Strong financial management capabilities - forecasting, pricing, margin management
4. Advanced in Excel, Word and PPT.
5. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
